Do you exercise?

Walking, weights, tai chi... What kind of exercise do you do? If you don't exercise, why not?

  1. I use to when I was younger. I was in my school hockey team, I walk a log, press ups and others. All that changed as I grew older. Now I am sedentary, introvert, alway driving and use do indoor cycling once in a while because of my arthritis. It helped a lot but it has moved to my arms and shoulder.

    1. I use to workout constantly now I just do yoga I'm also going to school to be a yoga instructor. Yoga really changes me, daily.

      1. Hey , I find yoga helps relieve most of my aches and find a calmer mindset. I'm glad it works for you, too! That's awesome that you'll be a yoga instructor. Have you found any particular poses or practices especially helpful?

      2. what a great goal to have! Yoga is so healing <3

    2. I would recommend an indoor exercise bike for anyone trying to exercise consistently. You don't have to worry about the weather when going for walks and you don't need to travel to the gym multiple times a week. It's low-impact too so you don't feel as bad as you might when using weights.
